1. What Time Is Check-In / Check-Out?
Check-In: 3PM
Check-Out: 11AM
Check-In is simple! On your check-in day, you’ll get the door code and instructions. Just arrive at the property at check-in time, use the code, and make yourself at home!
2. What Is The Cancellation Policy?
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival
50% refund up to 14 days before arrival
3. What Basic Supplies Do You Provide For Our Stay?
Our goal is to provide you with enough basic items to get you started for your stay:
- Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bars of hand soap
- Toilet Paper
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 laundry detergent pod
- Kitchen Trashbags
- Dish Detergent and Rags

5. How Often Is The House is Cleaned?
Every Single Stay!
6. Early Check-In rules
Early check ins are allowed if there are no guests checking out on the morning of the same day. Standard early check in is 2pm. Specific times can be requested and we can accommodate it if possible. But there is strictly no early check ins before 12noon.
7. Late Check-Out rules
Late check outs are allowed if there is no one checking in on the afternoon of the same day. We won’t be able to confirm 100% until the night before due to possible last minute bookings.
8. What Are the Charges for Pool Heating?
Houses with pools have the option available to have the pool heated for an additional $100/day. Pool heating for Havasu depends on propane usage as the system runs on propane (useage monitored through our app).
9. Can You Accommodate More Than 16 People?
Airbnb/VRBO can only allow to select up to 16 people at the maximum. For parties of more than 16, there is an additional charge of an extra $25 per person per day.
